Shinjuku— Five private rooms, sized to your party — One fully private room and four semi-private rooms; three of them open into one for up to 12 guests. Two minutes from Shinjuku-sanchome Station, with 60 seats.
AREA
Shabu-shabu in Shinjuku & Shinjuku-sanchome
For shabu-shabu in Shinjuku (新宿), the calmer Shinjuku-sanchome side of the district is where you want to sit down. Lamb Shabu KINNOME Shinjuku is on the 3rd floor of the Ecre Shinjuku building at 3-11-6 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku — a 7-minute walk from the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station and 2 minutes from Shinjuku-sanchome (新宿三丁目) Station on the Tokyo Metro, so it is easy to reach after shopping on Shinjuku-dori or before a night out toward Kabukicho (歌舞伎町). With 60 seats and five private rooms, the same restaurant handles business entertaining in a private room, a farewell party for up to 60 guests, and a quiet dinner for two in a semi-private room. Courses center on Ginjo Lamb® Shabu in a two-broth pot, with all-you-can-eat options. We open at 3:00 PM on weekdays and at noon on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so weekend lunch is possible.
FEATURE
What sets Shinjuku apart
Shinjuku offers a good range of private rooms — five in all. One fully private room seats up to 4. Semi-private room A is three rooms (3–6, 4 and 3 seats) that can be opened into a single space for up to 12 guests, which helps when a headcount is still moving. Semi-private room B seats 4–6. The floor holds 60 seats in total, with plenty of table seating that can be screened off with roll curtains, and group dining for up to 60 guests. Private hire is available from 50 guests. There is also a smoking room.
SCENE
Occasions at Shinjuku
- Business entertaining
- For dinner with clients, ask for the fully private room (up to 4) or a semi-private room. Seven minutes from the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station and two from Shinjuku-sanchome, it is an easy place to meet, and the two-broth pot keeps conversation unhurried.
- Parties and farewell dinners
- Sixty seats in total, and group dining for up to 60 guests. Semi-private room A opens into one space for up to 12, which suits a team farewell party. Private hire starts at 50 guests — ask us about pairing it with an all-you-can-eat course.
- Dinner for two
- For two, the table seats screened with roll curtains or semi-private room B (4–6) are the quietest choice. Two minutes from Shinjuku-sanchome Station, and open from noon on weekends and public holidays, so there is no rush after shopping or a film.
- If you smoke
- Shinjuku has a smoking room. You can step away mid-meal without breaking up the table, which makes mixed groups of smokers and non-smokers easier to seat. Please mention it when you reserve.

HOW TO ENJOY
Lamb Shabu KINNOME How to Enjoy Lamb Shabu-Shabu (7 Steps)
- STEP 1Heating the pot (done by our staff)
We heat the pot to suit the broth you ordered.
- Shabu-shabu with our house sauce: hot water
- Mala shabu-shabu: mala broth
- Other shabu-shabu: each course's own broth
Once the pot is hot, our staff will explain how to eat.
- STEP 1

- STEP 2Swish the lamb
Take three or four slices of lamb at a time and swish them through the boiling water or broth for about one to two seconds.
※ Please make sure the meat is cooked thoroughly according to its condition before eating.
- STEP 3Dip it in our secret house sauce
Dip the swished lamb into our secret house-made sauce.
Add grated onion, grated daikon with chili, or green onion to taste for even more flavour.
Our special salt sauce, sesame sauce and ponzu are also available.
- STEP 2

- STEP 3

- STEP 4Enjoy lamb shabu sushi
Place the lamb on a sushi-shaped rice ball and enjoy it as lamb shabu sushi.
We recommend wasabi salt, which brings out the flavour of the lamb.
- STEP 5Enjoy vegetables and mushrooms
Add vegetables, mushrooms and any other ingredients you like to the pot and enjoy them together with the lamb.
- STEP 4

- STEP 5

- STEP 6Finish with Sapporo ramen
We recommend finishing with Sapporo ramen in the broth, now rich with the flavour of the lamb and vegetables.
Boil the noodles in the pot and dip them in our secret house sauce like tsukemen.
Add pepper to taste for an even better finish.
- STEP 7Topping up the water or broth
If the water or broth in the pot runs low during your meal, add water or the dedicated broth as needed.
