I ordered the all-you-can-eat hotpot and all-you-can-drink.
I was able to choose one of the broths, so I went with shabu-shabu for one side.
The lamb was so tender, I could just dip it lightly in the hotpot and it tasted fantastic!

I visited around 8 PM on Friday, and it was quite crowded.
Although there was a delay in serving the dishes, the staff was very considerate and extended our time, which I appreciated.

The restaurant is not very large, and it can feel a bit cramped when it's fully booked, but it's a great place to enjoy with friends.

This shabu-shabu place is located between Shimbashi and Ginza.
I tried the Lamb Shabu V Course with all-you-can-drink for 5,200 yen.

They brought the vegetables first, and just as the broth started boiling, the lamb arrived. The lamb was beautifully sliced and chilled.
This alone was enough to impress, but the course also included salad, rice, and ramen—an excellent deal.

The lamb had no smell and was delicious.
There are various salts and condiments available to change the flavor throughout the meal, which is a nice touch.

I visited on a Saturday night, and though the restaurant was almost full, the drink service was quick, making it a great place for a casual gathering with friends.

I made a reservation for dinner with a friend who loves Genghis Khan (grilled lamb).
I accidentally made the wrong reservation date, but they kindly changed it for me, which I really appreciated.

They brought all the ingredients including meat, vegetables, rice, pickles, and condiments.
The portions were generous—more than enough for one person! The lamb was light and tender, melting in your mouth without any unpleasant odor, and my friend, a Genghis Khan fan, was very happy.

The rice served with the lamb was in small portions, about the size of three small rice balls, and it was perfect to enjoy with the lamb.
The variety of vegetables and mushrooms also made the meal more enjoyable and diverse.
