Even though the meat didn't always come exactly as ordered, they compensated by giving us some meat that was meant for other tables, so we didn't have to wait much.
Afterward, they recommended additional meat and a 720ml bottle of sake that were included in the course if we wanted them, so the service was excellent.
Due to the restaurant layout, our table had a pillar in front that obstructed the view, but overall I was very satisfied.
I used to go to the Roppongi branch often, but I've come to prefer this location.
It was really great.
The seats were almost all filled.
Even with the all-you-can-eat and drink option, they didn't seem stingy at all and quickly brought additional meat and drinks, which made a good impression.
I was surprised that the staff proactively asked if we wanted more meat, which feels really nice from a customer's perspective.
The value for money is excellent considering it's shabu-shabu, and the restrooms were clean too. I'll definitely visit again.
I visited because I wanted to eat a lot of lamb, and I was very satisfied.
I was surprised that the food was already set up when I sat down.
This is a matter of preference, but there was none of the usual waiting for the pot to arrive or for it to boil, so we could start eating right away, which was great.
The sauce had a unique flavor that I'd never tasted before.
It was somewhat Western, like a demi-glace sauce, and delicious.
In addition to the condiments, there were various seasonings on the table, so we could eat without getting bored.
Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but everyone was very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably until the end.
I was torn between the all-you-can-eat course and ordering à la carte, but since I don't eat much, I didn't order the all-you-can-eat option.
In the end, the two of us ordered just one extra portion of meat, which was just right. So not ordering all-you-can-eat turned out to be the right choice for us, but for average eaters or those with bigger appetites, the all-you-can-eat option would definitely be more economical.
The meat itself is very thinly sliced, so you can eat it quickly.
One minor concern was that many of the à la carte side dishes were sold out. It wasn't an issue for us since we weren't planning to order anything else, but if you're going with specific menu items in mind after checking the menu, you might want to be prepared for that possibility.
When I want to eat lamb again, I'd like to visit again.
